RETURNS & REFUNDS
The following outlines our returns, exchanges and refund policy. By processing your payment with Samaralovesus, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases.
Please note that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed as faulty.
We hope that you love what you've purchased from Samaraloveus! But in case you don't - perhaps its a little too big/small or the style/colour just isn't you - we'll be happy to exchange the product for a Samaralovesus store credit in the form of a gift card!
Samaralovesus reserves the right to deny a refund/exchange if the item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant, makeup etc.) Samaralovesus also reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that we accept all online returns AUS WIDE and INTERNATIONAL within 14 days of your original order being received. If, however, we are not contacted within 14 days of receipt of your purchase from us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags still attached.
Due to health & hygiene reasons, our underwear and bodysuits, including any sleepwear sets or bra sets that include underwear of any kind, are exempt from our returns policy and cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Prior to sending your purchase back to Samaralovesus, you must first notify us via email: email@example.com and advise us of your reason for seeking a return or refund. We will then contact you with further instructions.
Please note that if & when Samaralovesus accepts your return, you will then be issued with a gift card in the amount paid by you for the item being returned (excluding any shipping fees).
Please note that a full refund of the purchase price will only be made if the product is found to be faulty or damaged due to a fault in the manufacturing of the item.
All orders shipped from Samaralovesus HQ are thoroughly inspected for any faults prior to dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods or offer a full refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
